Shifter's Delight -- Sugarhill Gang with David Krueger

This ride departs from Ascension Park (Grand Ave Marion) at 8:00 am on Saturday, September 16th. Length: 50 miles Tempo: 14-16 mph

Today we will utilize all of our chain rings and cassette cogs so lube those derailers! Landmarks include: Grant Wood Trail, Mount Vernon, "The Full Ivanhoe", Czech/Newbo, McCarthy, Pioneer, 44th, and Rosedale. Feel the burn!

Stops: Guppys (Mount Vernon) and Caseys (Ely Rd/Hwy 30)
