HBA Annual RAGBRAI Announcement Party

January 28th, 2022  

Hiawatha Community Center 101 Emmons St Hiawatha 6:00 p.m.

Once again we are holding a chili cook-off.  Best chili wins our coveted one-of-a-kind chili trophy and a prize.

Bring a pot of chili to enter the cook-off or a salad/side dish to share. HBA will provide toppings, pies, table service and water. Bring your own beverages (soda,beer,wine).

We are planning to have a display board of everyone's favorite RAGBRAI pics. Bring your favorite photo memory to post (or you can send a file, scan or photo of a photo to hawkeyebikeclubpics@gmail.com and we will print and bring for you.)

Other activities for the evening include:

  The "Guess the Route" contest (the person who makes the most accurate guess wins a prize).

  Board games (bring games of your choice).

  New member recognition (If you’ve joined since last January and attend you are elibligible to receive HBA gear). 

  Live streaming of the RAGBRAI XLIX route.
