The HBA Board has approved the following feedback process.  We appreciate feedback (positive or negative).  We strive to make this bike club enjoyable for all riding levels.

HBA Member Feedback Process

1. If a board member receives complaints or negative comments concerning HBA operations, the member should be encouraged to contact the appropriate Officer/Director for resolution.

2. If the issue is not resolved to their satisfaction after doing so, they should be encouraged to contact any Board member.

3. Officers and Directors should keep the President apprised of complaints of a serious nature or inability to resolve complaints received to the satisfaction of the membership
