A friend has this for sale, asking $75.00  Schwinn Tempo -This is a tall frame - its 34.5 inches from the ground to the top tube.  Quick look on the 'net showed the Tempo was offered in the mid 80's, this is prob the largest frame.  Contact me if interested, I'll pass along - rschell@gmail.com 319-640-5075
